Alliance Credit Union continues to take strides to build value for our members. Through our
ongoing research to evaluate our members’ ever-changing needs, we realize what a crucial role
technology plays in the delivery of our products and services.
Internal studies of our delivery systems over the past six months show that an increasing number
of transactions are conducted electronically- through our website, mobile application, online, shared
branches, surcharge-free ATMs and through our call center. This trend is growing and the credit
union is keeping pace by investing in more convenient banking technologies.
Additionally, the changing landscape drives us to create operational efficiencies in order to continue
offering modern conveniences at fair prices. It is our responsibility to spend your money wisely and to make
decisions in the best interest of all our members. With efficiency in mind, we have carefully evaluated our
network of Financial Centers.
As a result, the Board and Management team have made the decision to close our Fremont Financial Center in California. In
addition, two small satellite branches located at O’Connor Hospital in San Jose, CA and at the General Electric Plant in Castle Hayne,
NC will also be closed. These closures are scheduled to take place on April 19, 2013. No additional branch closures are planned.
Based on our members’ needs, our Myrtle Grove Financial Center in Wilmington, NC will be transformed into a Regional Lending Center.
We realize that Alliance members who frequent these locations will be impacted by this change. We want to remind members that
they can also conveniently access Alliance through the following channels:

Online banking: Access accounts, pay bills, transfer funds and more.
