We recognize that the health and well-being of our Team Members and their families is important and we work hard to provide comprehensive, quality and affordable health benefits. Our health benefit programs are available to our full-time and even to many of our part-time Team Members and to their eligible dependents. And, while our Team Members pay a portion of the premiums for these benefits, Alliance pays the majority of the premiums for most and even pays 100% for some of them!
